Material Exchange Program (MEP) with Rainbow Disposal

Material Exchange Program (MEP) Did you know that you can get a variety of free household products through the Orange County-Operated Material Exchange Program located at Rainbow Environmental Services? Useful household, yard and car care products, cleaners, paints, and more are available for free. Orange County residents can choose up to five items from the selection of partially used and unused containers. Not only are you saving money when you visit the MEP Center but you are helping the environment by using up products that would normally be sent to the hazardous waste landfill.

MEP Center is open the same hours as the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. Both centers are closed on Sundays, Mondays and also on rainy days.
